Covering and area of influence
Coverage of the Foundation is local REI (Cartagena), the northern department of Bolivar and occasionally some neighboring departments. The catchment area is mainly located in the southeast area of the city of Cartagena de Indias.

Target groups
People with motor disabilities, cognitive, sensory and / or multidéficit or at risk of acquiring and their families of all ages and mainly limited financial resources. The provision of health services is aimed at the general community.
